Posting of Vacancies. 22.01 21.01 (a) When a job vacancy occurs or a new job is created, notice shall be posted within seven (7) calendar days on the union appropriate bulletin board for a period of sevenseven (7) calendar days. A copy shall be sent to the Union office when the job is awarded with a copy to the successful applicant. The notice shall set out the qualifications, classification, hourly rate of pay, starting and quitting times, days to be worked and the effective date of the position. A copy of the job description shall be given to the employee upon request.
