Posting of Vacancies. 29.01 In accordance with Appendix B, the Employer will post on Intranet all notices for vacant positions of nine (9) months or more to be filled within the bargaining unit. Such notices shall give employees a period of ten (10) working days for submitting an application. Upon the candidate’s request, the Employer will acknowledge receipt of every application and will inform the employee of the probable date of selection.
