Common use of Position Vacancies Clause in Contracts

Position Vacancies. ‌ It is agreed that, subject to the following conditions, all notices of vacancies for positions which fall within the scope of this Collective Agreement will be posted on Employer notice boards, showing the job group rating and other pertinent details, for a minimum of five (5) working days in order to give employees an opportunity to apply. The Union shall receive copies of all applicable job postings.
