Policies and Expectations. 1). To ensure the safety and security of the participants, there should be one counselor per ten students through the age of 12. There should be one counselor per 15 students who are 13-18 years old. Counselors should remain with the group at all times. At no time should youth groups be left unattended. Counselors will be held responsible for the inappropriate behavior of their students.

Policies and Expectations. Depending on when you arrive, there may not be a staff person available to greet you. Staff members are available to assist you Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. In case of an after-hours emergency, call 000.000.0000. Check-in Time is after Noon on day of arrival. Check-out time is before Noon on day of departure. Contact our office if you wish to make other arrangements and our staff will check our availability. *Our RV Loop is not a residential facility. Our focus is our retreat and camping ministry. Guests are asked to limit their stay to three months. The RV Loop is closed June 1 through August 15 for our summer camping ministry season. You are welcome to use the front part of the Citzler Center for laundry. The back part of the Citzler Center is a private residence, please be respectful. No one under age 18 may use the RV or Citzler Center facilities without direct adult supervision. Reservations: A $30 non-refundable deposit and signed Agreement reserves your spot. The full balance is due upon your arrival at the camp office the next day.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS Contractor shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Contract any state, county, city or federal license, authorization, waiver, permit, qualification or certification required by statute, ordinance, law, or regulation to be held by Contractor to provide the goods or services required by this Contract. Contractor will be responsible to pay all taxes, assessments, fees, premiums, permits, and licenses required by law. Real property and personal property taxes are the responsibility of Contractor in accordance with NRS 361.157 and 361.159. Contractor agrees to be responsible for payment of any such government obligations not paid by its subcontractors during performance of this Contract.

  • SECURITY POLICIES AND NOTIFICATIONS State Security Policies and Procedures The Contractor and its personnel shall review and be familiar with all State security policies, procedures and directives currently existing or implemented during the term of the Contract, including ITS Policy NYS-P03-002 Information Security Policy (or successor policy). Security Incidents Contractor shall address any Security Incidents in the manner prescribed in ITS Policy NYS-P03-002 Information Security Policy (or successor policy), including the New York State Cyber Incident Reporting Procedures incorporated therein or in such successor policy.

  • No Expectation of Privacy The Student and parent/guardian signing below agree that if the Student uses the Internet through the District’s access, that the Student waives any right to privacy the Student may have for such use. The Student and the parent/guardian agree that the district may monitor the Student’s use of the District’s Internet Access and may also examine all system activities the Student participates in, including but not limited to e-mail, voice, and video transmissions, to ensure proper use of the system. The District may share such transmissions with the Student’s parents/guardians.
