Pledge of Payments. All payments required to be made by Purchaser in accordance with or pursuant to any provision of this Contract may be pledged by IPA to secure the payment of Renewal Contract Project Indebtedness, subject to the application thereof to such purposes and on such terms as provided in any Bond Resolution securing such Renewal Contract Project Indebtedness and as required by the Act; provided, however, that payments made by Purchaser (or any other Purchasers) for deposit into the Retirement Reserve Fund may not be so pledged after such monies have been deposited into the Retirement Reserve Fund.

Pledge of Payments. All right, title and interest in, to and under this Agreement and all payments required to be made by Participant under this Agreement pursuant to the provisions hereof and all other payments attributable to the Project to be made in accordance with or pursuant to any provision of this Agreement, including payments described in Section 4.1 hereof, shall be pledged, subject to application in accordance with the provisions of the Bond Resolution, to secure the payments of Bonds and other obligations secured under the Bond Resolution.

  • Source of Payments All payments provided in this Agreement shall be timely paid in cash or check from the general funds of the Bank. The Company, however, unconditionally guarantees payment and provision of all amounts and benefits due hereunder to Executive and, if such amounts and benefits due from the Bank are not timely paid or provided by the Bank, such amounts and benefits shall be paid or provided by the Company.

  • Guarantee of Payment This Guarantee Agreement creates a guarantee of payment and not of collection. This Guarantee Agreement will not be discharged except by payment of the Guarantee Payments in full (without duplication of amounts theretofore paid by the Issuer) or upon distribution of Debentures to Holders as provided in the Trust Agreement.

  • Time of Payment Any Gross-Up Payment provided for herein shall be paid not later than the 30th day following the payment of any compensation or the provision of any benefit which causes such payment to be made; provided, however, that if the amount of such payment cannot be finally determined on or before such day, the Company shall pay on such day an estimate of the minimum amount of such payment and shall pay the remainder of such payment (together with interest calculated in a manner similar to that described in Subparagraph (b)) as soon as the amount thereof can be determined.
