Permitted Licenses. Agent hereby covenants and agrees that in connection with any foreclosure or other exercise of Agent’s rights with respect to Permitted Licenses, Agent shall not terminate, limit, or otherwise adversely affect the rights of the licensees or sublicensees under such Permitted Licenses, so long as such licensee or sublicensee is not then otherwise in default under the applicable Permitted License in a way that would permit the applicable licensor to terminate such Permitted License.
Permitted Licenses. (l) to the extent constituting a Lien, the interests granted by Xxxxxxxx to HCA in the Cash Reserve Account pursuant to HCA Agreement.
Permitted Licenses. Anything in the Loan Agreement or this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, Borrower may grant non-exclusive licenses of the Trademark Collateral (subject to the security interest (if any) of Secured Party therein) in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.
Permitted Licenses. (a) Subject to the provisions of paragraph (b) below, LAPA shall have the right to license the use of the Entertainment Space and/or Parking Facilities to other parties for the purpose of presenting Events (a “Permitted License”). A holder of a Permitted License may be referred to herein as a “Permitted Licensee”. Each Permitted Licensee shall be entitled to receive in connection with its performances all of the services which are to be provided under this Lease to LAPA in connection with Events presented by LAPA. LAPA may not, however, use Permitted Licensees to fulfill its obligations under Section 6.5 hereof (except as provided herein).
Permitted Licenses. (p) solely with respect to the Borrower, the pledge of its membership interests in JPR Royalty Sub pursuant to the “Pledge and Security Agreement” (as defined in the JPR Indenture as in effect on the date hereof);

(g) Liens upon any equipment or other personal property acquired by Borrower after the date hereof to secure (i) the purchase price of such equipment or other personal property, or (ii) capital lease obligations or indebtedness incurred solely for the purpose of financing the acquisition of such equipment or other personal property; provided that (A) such Liens are confined solely to the equipment or other personal property so acquired and the amount secured does not exceed the acquisition price thereof, and (B) no such Lien shall be created, incurred, assumed or suffered to exist in favor of Borrower’s officers, directors or shareholders holding five percent (5%) or more of Borrower’s Equity Securities;
Permitted Licenses. ArenaCo shall have the right to issue licenses and other contracts for parking spaces or portions of the Parking Facilities in its sole discretion and without the prior consent of the City provided such licenses and other contracts are consistent with the terms of the XXXX, and do not survive the Term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ArenaCo shall not enter into any license or other occupancy agreements (including those contemplated by Section 1.1(C)) in a manner that circumvents the restrictions on Assignments set forth in this Section 5. By way of example, a license of all or substantially all of the Parking Land or the Parking Facilities for of all or substantially all of the then remaining Term will be deemed to be an Assignment of this Agreement and will be subject to the restrictions on Assignments set forth herein. Notwithstanding any licenses or other occupancy agreements, ArenaCo shall at all times remain liable for the performance of all of the covenants and agreements under this Agreement due on ArenaCo's part to be so performed.
Permitted Licenses. (i)the sale or other disposition of cash or Cash Equivalents in a manner not prohibited by this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents;
