Periodic Site Visits. As a basic service of this agreement, the A/E shall make periodic site as set forth herein and as reasonably necessary in accordance with the complexity of the contracted work and the scheduled construction activities. The A/E shall observe the construction operations and report on the progress and quality of the work being performed to determine, in general, that the work is proceeding in accordance with the approved construction schedule and that the materials, finishes and workmanship are in accordance with the contract documents The A/E is required to conduct periodic site visits when contractors are present on the site and installing their respective trade work. Site visits shall be made by appropriately experienced personnel with specific knowledge of the requirements of the project as designed and specified Unless otherwise agreed, minimum site visits shall be as set forth below for each trade contract included in the project through substantial completion providing sufficient work is being performed. Periodic Site Visits. If included as part of Profound Technologies’ design or consulting services set forth in the SOW, Profound Technologies shall visit the site at intervals, appropriate to the stage of construction, or as otherwise agreed with Customer in writing. The purpose of the periodic site visits is to become generally familiar with the progress and quality of the work designed by Profound Technologies and to determine in general if such work is proceeding in accordance with any contract documents as part of the contract for construction. Profound Technologies shall not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site inspections to check the quality or quantity of the work designed by Profound Technologies. On the basis of such on-site observations, Profound Technologies shall keep Customer informed of the progress and quality of the work designed by Profound Technologies and shall endeavor to guard the Customer against defects and deficiencies in such work of the contractor.

Periodic Site Visits. If included as part of OhmComm, Inc.’ design or consulting services set forth in the SOW, OhmComm, Inc. shall visit the site at intervals, appropriate to the stage of construction, or as otherwise agreed with Customer in writing. The purpose of the periodic site visits is to become generally familiar with the progress and quality of the work designed by OhmComm, Inc. and to determine in general if such work is proceeding in accordance with any contract documents as part of the contract for construction.   • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.

  • Visits During all visits by either party to the facilities of the other party, visitors shall comply with all reasonable rules of the host company, and each party to this Agreement will indemnify and hold the other party harmless from any liability, claim or loss whatsoever (i) for any injury to, or, death of, any of its employees or agents while such persons are present at the facility of the other party; and (ii) for any damages to its own property or to the property of any such employee or agent which may occur during the presence of any such person at the facility of the other party, regardless of how such damage occurs.

  • Records; Visits The books and records pertaining to the Fund, which are in the possession or under the control of PFPC, shall be the property of the Fund. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. The Fund and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC to the Fund or to an Authorized Person, at the Fund's expense.

  • Inspections The Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property as often as deemed necessary by the Servicer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 45 days delinquent, the Servicer promptly shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. Upon request, the Servicer shall produce an electronic report of each such inspection.

  • SITE VISITS AND RECORD REVIEW The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property.

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
