PERFORMANCE STANDARDS 1. Hygiene Consumables 1.1 The Contractor will deliver hygiene consumables quantities as per Service Manager’s requirements. The quantities of consumables will be per site. 1.2 The Contractor will manage and use the consumables in a cost effective and efficient manner, and will put controls in place to minimize wastages and prevent theft of the consumables. Missing or shortage of consumables will be for the cost of the Contractor. 1.3 All hygiene consumables must be SABS approved. Failure to deliver consumables constitutes non-compliance. Delivery of consumables greater than the fixed amount constitutes non- compliance, and will be for the cost of the Contractor. Failure to keep consumables consumption records will constitute non-compliance. Failure to manage consumables effectively constitutes non- compliance.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS 1. Sanitary Services 1.1 Provide a sanitary waste collection and disposal service, whereby sanitary bins are used to collect and store sanitary waste hygienically and safely. All sanitary services are to be performed in line with National Environmental Waste Management Act, 59 of 2008 and the By-laws of the local Municipality in which the site is located. 1.2 The bins are to be cleaned and disinfected to kill all bacteria and the bin liner needs to be replaced with each service. 1.3 All sanitary waste to be removed discretely from each site. 1.4 Waste Disposal Certificates must be supplied to the Employer. Failure to provide sanitary services in line with the specified frequency will be deemed as a non-compliance.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance Standard Contractor shall perform all work hereunder in a manner consistent with the level of competency and standard of care normally observed by a person practicing in Contractor's profession. County has relied upon the professional ability and training of Contractor as a material inducement to enter into this Agreement. Contractor hereby agrees to provide all services under this Agreement in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and standards of care, as well as the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws, it being understood that acceptance of Contractor’s work by County shall not operate as a waiver or release. If County determines that any of Contractor's work is not in accordance with such level of competency and standard of care, County, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to do any or all of the following: (a) require Contractor to meet with County to review the quality of the work and resolve matters of concern; (b) require Contractor to repeat the work at no additional charge until it is satisfactory; (c) terminate this Agreement pursuant to the provisions of Article 4; or (d) pursue any and all other remedies at law or in equity.

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

  • Performance and Compliance Purchaser shall have performed all of the covenants and complied, in all material respects, with all the provisions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it on or before the Closing.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.

  • Service Standards We provide the Services materially in accordance with the features and functionalities set out in the Specification Documents. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available to you subject to operational requirements including maintenance and security.

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.
