Pedestrian and Bicycle Traffic. All costs for maintenance of traffic including preparation of Traffic Control Plan shall be in included in the price bids for Pay Item 102-1 – Maintenance of Traffic, except as expressly provided for in other pay items in the contract. Subarticle 102-9.15: Delete Subarticle 102-9.15 in its entirety and substitute the following: Temporary Traffic Detection Technology – Maintain all existing actuated or traffic responsive mode signal operations for main and side street movements for the duration of the contract and restore any loss of detection within 12 hours. Video detection shall be installed at the beginning of the project before any loss of detection has occurred. The contractor shall furnish, install and operate video detection using technology approved by Xxx DOT Traffic Division and as listed in Xxx DOT Traffic plans specifications posted on the county website at xxxx://xxx.xxx-xxxxxx.com/publicworks/pdf/traffic/DOT_Plan_Specifications.pdf. Pedestrian and Bicycle Traffic.  At the beginning and the end of the school day crossing guards will be stationed where there are marked crosswalks. If you are arriving at the site by foot or bicycle please use the marked crosswalks and obey the direction of the crossing guards. Biking to school is limited to fourth and fifth graders. Please be sure to wear protective gear. Xxxxxxxx is not responsible for bikes brought to school. Expectations for all school visitors…  Please model kind and appropriate behaviors by respecting our staff, student patrols, and parent volunteers who are facilitating safety around the school.  Follow all traffic laws. U-turns are not allowed in school zone on Somerset Blvd. or on 143rd Ave SE.

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • Sidewalks entrances, passages, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors, halls, lobby and any other part of the Building shall not be obstructed or encumbered by any Tenant or used for any purpose other than ingress or egress to and from each tenant’s premises. Landlord shall have the right to control and operate the common portions of the Building and exterior facilities furnished for common use of the tenants (such as the eating, smoking, and parking areas) in such a manner as Landlord deems appropriate.

  • Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor. (Also see Paragraph 2.9.)

  • Parking Areas Landlord and Tenant agree that Landlord will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles, or the contents thereof, parked or left in the parking areas of the Premises and Tenant shall install at least one sign in the parking areas so advising its employees, visitors or invitees who may use such parking areas. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.5, parking areas shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Landlord in the Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant's employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors or invitees to be loaded, unloaded or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. Tenant agrees not to use or permit its employees, visitors or invitees to use the parking areas for overnight storage of vehicles, except for trucks on the Premises in the process of loading or unloading, and except for semi-tractors and trailers parked in the areas shown on the Site Plan as "Tenant's Designated Truck Parking". Tenant covenants and agrees that it shall not permit any of its employees, agents, contractors, vendors or shippers to park trucks, automobiles, trailers or other vehicles on any of the public streets in the general vicinity of the Premises or the industrial or business park in which the Premises are located. If Tenant permits or allows any of the prohibited activities described above for a period of five (5) business days after written notice from Landlord, then Landlord shall have the right, without further notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved at Landlord's risk and expense. All responsibility for damage and theft to vehicles and their contents is assumed by the parties owning the same, including, respectively, Tenant or Tenant's partners, trustees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, invitees, or any of Tenant's assignees, subtenants or assignees' or subtenants' agents, employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, servants, guests, or independent contractors (collectively, "Tenant Parties"). Tenant shall repair or cause to be repaired, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, any and all damage, ordinary wear and tear excepted, to any portion of the Property caused by the use by Tenant Parties of the driveway or parking areas within the Property. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant by reason of any moratorium, initiative, referendum, statute, regulation or other governmental action which could in any manner prevent or limit the parking rights of Tenant hereunder. Any governmental charges or surcharges or other monetary obligations imposed relative to Parking rights with respect to the Building shall be considered assessments and shall be Payable by Tenant as set forth in Paragraph 4.1; as of the Commencement Date, Landlord represents there are no such charges or surcharges imposed on the Premises.

  • Visibility 12.1. Contractor shall follow any instructions given by EFI relating to visibility for the tasks and output under this Contract, including the use of specific disclaimers.

  • Traffic The provisions in this Section apply regardless how the ISP-bound traffic is determined.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:
