Technical Special Provisions definition

Technical Special Provisions. The CONSULTANT shall provide Technical Special Provisions for all items of work not covered by the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the workbook of implemented modifications.
Technical Special Provisions means specifications, of a technical nature, prepared, signed, and sealed by an engineer registered in the State of Florida other than the State Specifications Engineer or his designee, that are made part of the Agreement as an attachment to the Contract Documents.
Technical Special Provisions or “TSPs” means specifications of a technical nature prepared, signed, and sealed in accordance with Chapters 471, 481 or 481(2), Florida Statutes.
