Payments on Termination for Destruction. If this Arrangement is terminated in respect of a Unit or all Units under this Article 15, then the payments among the Parties and the Balancing Pool shall be those determined according to the rules set out in Schedule L. Payment of such amount shall fully compensate the Buyer for the termination of this Arrangement prior to the expiry of the Effective Term. Accordingly, payment of such amount shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any such termination and the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Owner including a claim under Section 13.1, and shall not have any other remedy, at law or in equity, for any losses, costs, expenses, damages or other liabilities of any nature or kind that may be incurred or suffered by the Buyer in connection with any such termination.

  • Payments on Termination Payments to the Advisor pursuant to this Section 13.03 shall be subject to the 2%/25% Guidelines to the extent applicable. After the Termination Date, the Advisor shall not be entitled to compensation for further services hereunder except it shall be entitled to receive from the Company within 30 days after the effective date of such termination all unpaid reimbursements of expenses and all earned but unpaid fees payable to the Advisor prior to termination of this Agreement.
