Payment on Business Days. If any payment under this Agreement is required to be made on a day other than a Business Day, the date of payment shall be extended to the next Business Day.
Payment on Business Days. Whenever in this Indenture any amount is required to be paid on a day that is not a Business Day, such payment shall be required to be made, without accruing additional interest thereby, on the Business Day immediately following such day.
Payment on Business Days. If any payment date falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the required payment of principal and/or interest (including, without limitation, the Redemption Price, Purchase Price or Change of Control Purchase Price), as the case may be, shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day as if made on the date such payment was due, and no interest will accrue on such payment for the period from and after such payment date to the date of such payment on the next succeeding Business Day.

If any payment of principal or interest on this Note shall become due on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, such payment may be made on the next succeeding business day, and such extension of time in such case shall be included in the computation of interest in connection with such payment.

Noteholders will not be entitled to any interest or other payment for any delay after the due date in receiving the amount due if the due date is not a Business Day, if the Noteholder is late in surrendering its Certificate (if required to do so) or if a cheque mailed in accordance with this Condition 6 arrives after the due date for payment.
