Specified Office definition

Specified Office means, in relation to a Paying Agent, the Registrar or a Transfer Agent the office identified with its name at the end of the Conditions or any other office approved by the Trustee and notified to Noteholders pursuant to Clause 9.10;

Specified Office of any Agent means the office specified against its name in Schedule 2 (The Specified Offices of the Agents) or, in the case of any Agent not originally party hereto, specified in its terms of appointment (or, in the case of a Calculation Agent which is a Dealer, specified for the purposes of Clause 8 (Calculation Agent) of the Dealer Agreement) or such other office in the same city or town as such Agent may specify by notice to the Issuers and the other parties hereto in accordance with Clause 13.8 (Change in Specified Offices).

Specified Office means, in relation to any Agent, the office identified in respect of such Agent in the Issue Deed or any other office approved by the Trustee and notified to Securityholders in accordance with Condition 19.

Examples of Specified Office in a sentence

• Copies of any applicable Pricing Supplement are available for inspection or upon request by MTN Holders or prospective MTN Holders during normal business hours at the Specified Office of the Relevant Issuer or the Registrar.

Specified Office means, in relation to any Agent:
