Payment of Maintenance Charges. On and from the Possession Date, and irrespective of whether the Purchaser has taken actual physical possession of the Unit or not or whether the entire Common Portions have been constructed and/or installed, the Purchaser shall have to pay the Maintenance Charges to the Vendor.

Payment of Maintenance Charges. The initial annual charge for the maintenance service shall be as specified on the face of the agreement. The maintenance charge shall be payable annually in advance or by monthly direct debit if agreed by both parties.
Payment of Maintenance Charges. (a) The PURCHASER(S) agrees/s to pay advance Maintenance Charges and Maintenance Deposit with effect from the date of Offer of Possession/ OC date whichever is later as computed and shown in the Annexure D1 and Annexure D2 attached hereto. Further, the PURCHASER(S) shall pay, as and when demanded, the maintenance charges including such maintenance deposit for providing, maintaining and up-keeping the said Complex and other deposits and charges for the various services therein, as may be determined by the PROMOTER or the Maintenance Agency appointed for this purpose, as the case may be. The PURCHASER(S) shall be liable to pay 18% (eighteen percent) interest on delay in payment beyond the due date. The appointment of the Maintenance Agency will be at the sole discretion of PROMOTER and the PURCHASER(S) shall abide by the decision of PROMOTER and effect the payment in accordance with this Agreement.
Payment of Maintenance Charges. The Purchaser(s) shall pay, as and when demanded, the maintenance charges including security deposit for providing, maintaining and up-keeping the Project and other deposits and charges for the various services therein, as may be determined by THDCL or the Maintenance Agency appointed for this purpose, as the case may be. The appointment of the maintenance agency will be at the sole discretion of THDCL and the Purchaser(s) shall abide by the decision of THDCL and effect the payment in accordance with the said agreement.

  • Unscheduled Maintenance Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.
