Payment for Accrued Leave at Termination. (a) Sick Leave: Upon termination or retirement immediately following five consecutive years of active employment with the Port of Seattle, an eligible employee shall be compensated for 50% of his or her Sick Leave accrued balance at the employee’s hourly rate of pay in effect at termination or retirement.

  • Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.
