Pay for Medical Certificates. The Hospital shall pay the full cost of any medical certificates required of an employee. ARTICLE PROGRESSION ON THE WAGE GRID Collective Agreements currently containing a part-time wage grid shall continue such wage grids in effect. Effective October employees shall progress on such grid on the basis that hours worked equals one (1) year of service. Where, however, part-time employees are on a single rate structure, the full-time wage grid shall apply and progression through the grid shall be in accordance with the foregoing.
