Pay As You Go. You can use the Boss Revolution Service on a pay-as- you-go basis with the balance in your Account. All of the terms and conditions in this clause apply to your use of the Boss Revolution Service on this basis, except for terms and conditions expressly related to the Boss Revolution Service unlimited plans.

Pay As You Go. You can use the Boss Revolution Service on a pay-as-you-go basis with the balance in your Account. IDT may offer one or more pay as you go plans that may offer lower rates to certain countries (“Paygo Plans”). You can call any destination serviced by the Boss Revolution Service with a Paygo Plan. IDT may discontinue or change the discounted countries in a Paygo Plan at any time. You have no right to a refund for a purchase of a Paygo Plan or for any unused balance. Your use of any Paygo Plan is subject to our Reasonable Use Policy.
Pay As You Go. Provided that you have supplied ClickHouse with a valid credit card, you may use ClickHouse Cloud on a “pay as you go” basis, for which you will be billed monthly in arrears at the then-prevailing rates for use of ClickHouse Cloud.
Pay As You Go. In lieu of or in addition to a credit account a customer may pay as you go except if there are delinquent charges on the account. If the account has been closed or suspended and there are outstanding charges the outstanding charges must be paid before any use of the facility.

Related to Pay As You Go

  • Your Compensation (a) Your fee, if any, for acting as agent with respect to sales of Portfolio shares will be as provided in the Prospectus or in the applicable schedule of agency fees issued by us and in effect at the time of the sale. Upon written notice to you, we or any Portfolio may change or discontinue any schedule of agency fees, or issue a new schedule. (b) If a Portfolio has adopted a plan pursuant to Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (a "Plan"), we may make distribution payments or service payments to you under the Plan. If a Portfolio does not have a currently effective Plan, we or Fidelity Management & Research Company may make distribution payments or service payments to you from our own funds. Any distribution payments or service payments will be made in the amount and manner set forth in the Prospectus or in the applicable schedule of distribution payments or service payments issued by us and then in effect. Upon written notice to you, we or any Portfolio may change or discontinue any schedule of distribution payments or service payments, or issue a new schedule. A schedule of distribution payments or service payments will be in effect with respect to a Portfolio that has a Plan only so long as that Portfolio's Plan remains in effect. (c) After the effective date of any change in or discontinuance of any schedule of agency fees, distribution payments, or service payments, or the termination of a Plan, any agency fees, distribution payments, or service payments will be allowable or payable to you only in accordance with such change, discontinuance, or termination. You agree that you will have no claim against us or any Portfolio by virtue of any such change, discontinuance, or termination. In the event of any overpayment by us of any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment, you will remit such overpayment. (d) If, within seven (7) business days after our confirmation of the original purchase order for shares of a Portfolio, such shares are redeemed by the issuing Portfolio or tendered for redemption by the customer, you agree (i) to refund promptly to us the full amount of any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment paid to you on such shares, and (ii) if not yet paid to you, to forfeit the right to receive any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment payable to you on such shares. We will notify you of any such redemption within ten (10) days after the date of the redemption. 4.

  • You will (a) provide us on request all information in your agent's possession or control of you or your agents as may be required to be filed or disclosed pursuant to Applicable Law, in each case regarding us, you, the Customer Documents or any Contract, Client Contract;

  • Your obligations 4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a debit payment to be made in accordance with the Direct Debit Request. 4.2 If there are insufficient clear funds in your account to meet a debit payment: (a) you may be charged a fee and/or interest by your financial institution; (b) you may also incur fees or charges imposed or incurred by us; and (c) you must arrange for the debit payment to be made by another method or arrange for sufficient clear funds to be in your account by an agreed time so that we can process the debit payment. 4.3 You should check your account statement to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct

  • Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. A child for whom healthcare coverage is required through a Qualified Medical Child Support Order or other court or administrative order is also eligible for coverage. Your employer is responsible for determining if an order meets the criteria of a Qualified Medical Child Support Order. We may request more information from you to confirm your child’s eligibility. Disabled Dependents In accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-20-45, when your enrolled unmarried child reaches the maximum dependent age of twenty-six (26), he or she can continue to be considered an eligible dependent only if he or she is determined by us to be a disabled dependent. If you have an unmarried child of any age who is financially dependent upon you and medically determined to have a physical or mental impairment, which can be expected to result in death or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve (12) months, that child is an eligible disabled dependent under this agreement. Please contact our Customer Service Department, to obtain the necessary form to verify the child’s disabled status. Periodically you may be asked to submit additional documents to confirm the child’s disabled status.
