You must. A. keep records in sufficient detail to enable all EPRs to be easily and accurately determined;
You must. A. make sure that anything you do under this Contract complies with all applicable laws;
You must. (i) comply with the Rules of Occupation as set out in Annexure A including not breaching Rule 8 (Smoking), Rule 9 (Drugs), Rule 10 (Alcohol) or Rule 11 (Weapons);
You must. (a) keep to this Agreement and any other agreement you have with us;
You must. (a) only use the Mobile Authenticator App, and procure that the use by any Authorised Representatives shall be, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, and the end user licence agreement, as annexed to this Schedule, and as may be amended or presented to Authorised Representatives from time to time (the "Mobile Authenticator App Terms");
You must. (a) purchase and install the consumables necessary to operate the Hardware, including ink, paper, staples, printheads, batteries and any other specified materials;
You must a. provide sufficient staff to meet the health and personal care needs of all Residents at all times;
You must. 1.1.75.1 pay all charges incurred by you under this SFOA up to the time of termination which will become immediately due and owing upon termination;
You must. A) leave the Accommodation by 10am on the final day of the Licence Period or the date of earlier termination; and
