Party Recognition. The Parties each agree to provide to the other and at no additional cost to the other, recognition in the form of a permanent plaque, sign or notice in a form and publicly visible location associated with the relevant Project or any component thereof to be approved by the Representative of the Party providing funding hereunder in his or her discretion that recognizes that the relevant Project was supported with funding provided by the other Party. The Party’s Representatives shall confer about the form, location and format of such marker of funding recognition. The required signage shall comply with the obligations related to use of Countywide Open Space Tax funds, if applicable.

Party Recognition. City hereby recognizes and consents to the assignment of and the retention of rights and obligations under the Development Agreement to and by AFCC and CRM pursuant to the A&R OA. City hereby acknowledges that IR Lehi’s interest, rights, and obligations in the Development Agreement pertained to IR Lehi’s ownership of the land covered by the Development Agreement later legally described as Xxxx 0, 0, 0, 0 xxx 0, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, a Commercial Subdivision according to the official plat thereof, filed on June 26, 2014, as Entry No. 43932:2014 and Map Filing No. 14282, of official records (“IR Land”).
