Permanent Plaque. Where the Recipient decides to install a permanent plaque or another suitable marker in respect of any Project, the Recipient will:
(a) on the marker, recognize the Province’s and Canada’s contributions; and
(b) prior to installing the marker, seek the prior written approval of both Canada and the Province, each respectively, for its content and installation.
