PARTIES TO THIS MOU. This MOU is entered into by the City Administrative Officer (CAO), as the authorized Management representative of the City, and the authorized representatives of the Association.

This MOU is entered into between the CAO as the authorized management representative of the City of Los Angeles (City) and authorized representatives of LAPMA [affiliated with Service Employees International Union Local 721 (SEIU 721)] as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Personnel Director Unit.
PARTIES TO THIS MOU. 2.1 The Parties shall be all the Institutes of the Collaboration as listed in Annex 1 and their Funding Agencies, and CERN as the Host Laboratory. Annex 2 lists the Funding Agencies and their duly authorised representatives. The Funding Agency may be an Institute or an established institution acting on behalf of one or more Institutes.

PARTIES TO THIS MOU. Parties to this MoU are regions in the European Union and candidate countries and, in other countries, national government bodies having competencies over forest - based development. They share the natural environment and cultural background of the Mediterranean. With the aim of fully establishing the linkage between the MMFN and the IMFN, the IMFN Secretariat is Party of the MoU.
