Participation and Cost for Training Activities. Training activities shall be made available by the Sponsor, to School’s employees, on a space available basis and, the School shall pay all of the additional costs associated with the participation of the School’s employees in such training activities at the same rates and reimbursement methodologies currently charged to the Sponsor for the participation of the Sponsor’s employees. Training activities shall be made available by the School to Sponsor’s employees on a space available basis and, except in instances of federally funded training, the Sponsor shall pay all of the additional costs associated with the participation of the Sponsor’s employees in such training activities at the same rates and reimbursement methodologies currently charged to the School for the participation of the School’s employees.

Related to Participation and Cost for Training Activities

  • Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.

  • Outreach Activities a. The Agency shall conduct outreach activities for potential Clients to promote the availability of services.

  • EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 1. In this agreement, extra-curricular programs and activities include all those that are beyond the provincially prescribed and locally determined curricula of the school.

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxx and her counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to Xxxxxxx and her counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, YMF shall reimburse Balabbo’s counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to YMF’s attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, YMF shall issue a check payable to “Xxxxxxx Xxxxx” in the amount of $19,000.00 for delivery to the address identified in § 3.2(a)(i), above.

  • Marketing Activities The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in marketing activities for any Hydrocarbons or enter into any contracts related thereto other than (i) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from their proved Oil and Gas Properties during the period of such contract, (ii) contracts for the sale of Hydrocarbons scheduled or reasonably estimated to be produced from proved Oil and Gas Properties of third parties during the period of such contract associated with the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries has the right to market pursuant to joint operating agreements, unitization agreements or other similar contracts that are usual and customary in the oil and gas business and (iii) other contracts for the purchase and/or sale of Hydrocarbons of third parties (A) which have generally offsetting provisions (i.e. corresponding pricing mechanics, delivery dates and points and volumes) such that no “position” is taken and (B) for which appropriate credit support has been taken to alleviate the material credit risks of the counterparty thereto.

  • Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
