Part-Time Employees Statutory Holidays. All part-time employees who have been employed thirty (30) calendar days or more and have worked an average of at least thirty-two (32) hours or more per week in the four (4) weeks preceding the week in which a Statutory Holiday occurs, shall receive eight (8) hours' pay at their regular hourly rate for each holiday.
