Parked definition

Parked means, as to any Aircraft, that such Aircraft has been removed from service, other than Aircraft temporarily grounded for maintenance being actively conducted.
Parked means, for this Regulation: not actively taking part in traffic.
Parked means, as to any Aircraft, that such Aircraft has been removed from service and is not intended to be used for scheduled service for a period in excess of thirty (30) days, including, without limitation, those Aircraft that have been Stored, other than Aircraft temporarily grounded for maintenance being actively conducted.

  • Parked vehicles must be properly registered and licensed and may not create a safety hazard.

More Definitions of Parked

Parked or “Parking” shall mean stopping or allowing any motor vehicle to stand upon any public street.
Parked means for the operator to completely cease movement of a vehicle in a lawful manner and location. For purposes of this section, “Parked” does not include or mean a vehicle stopped in a lane of traffic due to either a lawful traffic control device, or the conditions on the roadway, or traffic congestion patterns then existing.

Parked means that a Vehicle is stopped regardless of the period of time the Vehicle is stopped or whether a driver is present in the Vehicle when it is stopped, unless the Vehicle is stopped for reasons beyond the driver’s reasonable control.
Parked means that the Vehicle is stationary at any place on Campus (without it being necessary that the motor be off and/or that the Vehicle not be occupied) and “Park” shall have a corresponding meaning.
