Common use of P/T Vacation Entitlement Clause in Contracts

P/T Vacation Entitlement. (P/T) A part time Employee will be entitled to fourteen (14) days of vacation. After three (3) years (5,520 hours) of employment a P/T employee will be entitled to twenty one (21) days of vacation. After fifteen (15) years (27,600 hours) of employment, a P/T employee will be entitled to twenty eight (28) days of vacation. A P/T Employee must make application consistent with Article 20.07.
