Common use of P/T Vacation Entitlement Clause in Contracts

P/T Vacation Entitlement. (P/T) A part time Employee will be entitled to fourteen (14) days of vacation. After three (3) years (5,520 hours) of employment a P/T employee will be entitled to twenty one (21) days of vacation. After fifteen (15) years (27,600 hours) of employment, a P/T employee will be entitled to twenty eight (28) days of vacation. A P/T Employee must make application consistent with Article 20.07.

After fifteen vacation to be taken in one (151) years period of fourteen (27,600 hours14) consecutive days and one (1) period of employment, a P/T employee will be entitled to twenty eight seven {7} consecutive days or in three (283) days one week periods of vacationseven (7) consecutive days. A Pp/T Employee t employee must make application consistent with Article article 20.07.
