Overtime Rates for Part. Time Employees Part-time employees working less than six (6) hours per day, and who are required to work longer than their regular working day, shall be paid at the rate of straight time for the hours so worked, up to and including six (6) hours in the working day. Regular overtime rates shall apply after six (6) hours in the working day, and for all work performed on holidays and regular days off.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY PAY 131. A holiday is calculated based on an eight hour day. The following days are designated as holidays:

  • Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.

  • Base Rates Attached to and made a part of this Agreement is Appendix A which sets forth the straight-time hourly rates for all employees covered by this Agreement.
