Overtime for Employees Working Standard Hours. (a) Overtime compensation shall be paid for all overtime worked at time and one-half (1.5X) the regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime worked in excess of eight (8) hours in a day or forty (40) straight-time hours in a week and double (2X) the regular rate of pay for all overtime in excess of the first two (2) hours.
