Each Union Management Committee will provide the Joint Steering Committee with a quarterly report for each department in their area. The Joint Steering Committee will take appropriate action to eliminate or reduce any overtime or contracting out deemed to be excessive.

  • Interest of Contractor and Employees The Contractor covenants that he/she presently has no interest and shall not acquire interest, direct or indirect, in the study area or any parcels therein or any other interest which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of his services hereunder. The Contractor further covenants that in the performance of this Contract, no person having any such interest shall be employed.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract.   • Labor and Employment The Subrecipient shall comply with the labor standards in Section 110 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended and ensure that all laborers and mechanics employed by contractors or subcontractors in the performance of construction work financed in whole or in part with assistance received under this agreement shall be paid wages at rates not less than those prevailing on similar construction in the locality as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Xxxxx- Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 3141, et seq.), and 29 CFR part 1, 3, 5, 6, and 7, provided, that this requirement shall apply to the rehabilitation of residential property only if such property contains not less than 8 units.
