OVER THE COUNTER SALES. Sales are permitted, except firearms and ammunition, in strict accordance with the product eligibility and display regulations included with the contractual applications. The necessary business license and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the individual Exhibitor. All sales must be conducted within the confines of the seller’s exhibit area. Exhibitors may also take orders for future delivery, including firearms and ammunition.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE: Expo management, the building management or any officers, directors, or staff members of the same will not be responsible for the safety of property of the exhibitors, their agents or employees from theft, damage by fire, accident or other causes, Exhibi- tors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense. FIREARMS: MAG Auctions Expo does not allow weapons in the exhibit hall. This means firearms and knife blades longer than six inches are not allowed on premises. FIRE PROTECTION: Flammable cloth decoration must be flame proofed. All hangings must clear the floor. Electrical wiring must conform to National Electrical Code Safety Rules. If inspection indicates that any exhibitor has neglected to comply with these regulations or otherwise incurs fire hazards Expo Management reserve the right to prohibit all or such part of the exhibit as may be irregular. NOISE-MAKING EXHIBITS: Exhibits which include the operation of musical instruments, radio, sound motion picture equipment, public address systems or any noise making machine, must be conducted or arranged so that the noise resulting from the demonstration will not annoy or disturb adjacent exhibitors or their visitors. Operators of noise-making exhibits must secure Expo Management approval of operation methods before the Exhibit Hall opens.
OVER THE COUNTER SALES. The Exhibition Management shall decide on whether over-the- counter sales are generally permitted at an exhibition. Over-the- counter sales are deemed to be the sale and simultaneous delivery of goods at the exhibition itself.

The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.

  • ARRANGING FOR FIRM ALL-REQUIREMENTS POWER SUPPLY Competitive Supplier shall participate in or make appropriate arrangements with the ISO-NE, any relevant regional transmission organization, wholesale suppliers or any other entity to ensure an uninterrupted flow of reliable, safe, firm, All-Requirements Power Supply to the Local Distributor for delivery to Participating Consumers, and take Commercially Reasonable steps to cooperate with the NEPOOL, the ISO-NE or any other entity to ensure a source of back-up power in the event that the facilities owned or controlled by Competitive Supplier's affiliates or other sources of power supply are unable to generate and/or deliver All-Requirements Power Supply to the Point of Delivery. In the event the Competitive Supplier is unable to deliver sufficient electricity to the grid to serve Participating Consumers, the Competitive Supplier shall utilize such arrangements as may be necessary to continue to serve Participating Consumers under the terms of this ESA, and shall bear any costs it may incur in carrying out these obligations. Competitive Supplier shall not be responsible to the Town or any Participating Consumers in the event the Local Distributor disconnects, curtails or reduces service to Participating Consumers (notwithstanding whether such disconnection is directed by the ISO- NE) in order to facilitate construction, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement or inspection of any of the Local Distributor’s facilities, to maintain the safety and reliability of the Local Distributor’s electrical system, or due to any other reason, including emergencies, forced outages, potential overloading of the Local Distributor’s transmission and/or distribution circuits, Force Majeure or the non-payment of any distribution service costs or other such costs due for services provided by the Local Distributor to a Participating Consumer.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor.
