Out of Season/Extra Services. The School further agrees that UPMC will not be required to render Services to “out of season” Sports unless such practice times coincide with “in season” Sports having practices or scheduled competitions. If concurrent Sports are being played, the School will have the option of obtaining the AT Services rendered by an additional athletic trainer (based on availability) at a rate of forty dollars ($40.00) per hour. Any additional Athletic Trainer coverage desired by the School for games, events or practices shall initially be requested with reasonable advanced notice by the School. Coverage will be mutually agreed upon by UPMC and the School based on the availability of UPMC staff.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.

  • Supply of Services 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement.

Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity.   • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
