Organisational Structure of the Partnership. 7.1 For the successful management of the Partnership and completion of the programme, a Project Steering Committee will be set up. The Project Steering Committee will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Project. The Project Steering Committee will be chaired by the Lead Partner and will report to the NWE Secretariat. Its members shall include the Lead Partner, Project Partners. The Project Steering Committee shall meet on a six monthly basis with additional meetings as necessary, and will agree its rules of procedure.
