Organisational Structure of the Partnership. 7.1 For the successful management of the Partnership and completion of the programme, a Project Steering Committee will be set up. The Project Steering Committee will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Project. The Project Steering Committee will be chaired by the Lead Partner and will report to the NWE Secretariat. Its members shall include the Lead Partner, Project Partners. The Project Steering Committee shall meet on a six monthly basis with additional meetings as necessary, and will agree its rules of procedure. Decision making will be by consensus where possible, with voting only as a last resort, the voting system to be determined as part of the rules of procedure. The Partnership may invite the NWE Secretariat, Sub Partners and other relevant organizations to join the Committee as observers, or to attend meetings as appropriate.

The Management Team will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the project. The Management Team will be chaired by the Lead Beneficiary. The Management Team will have the authority to delegate specific tasks or responsibilities to such sub-committees or working groups as it shall deem appropriate to establish. The PSG shall: be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the project, be responsible for settlement of any disputes among project participants, have the possibility to set up sub-groups or workgroups to deal with specific tasks related to the project.
