OPERATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS. 8.1 The Customer shall, upon prior and reasonable notice from CTE, and subject to CTE's compliance with the Customer's reasonable security procedures, allow agents and employees of CTE, its affiliates or underlying carriers reasonable entry and access to the sites at which Services will be provided in order to, without limitation, install, inspect, maintain or repair or remove its facilities and/or equipment.

OPERATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS. 4.1. The Parties intend that provision of Services under this Agreement shall commence as soon as practicable. Each Party agrees to promptly undertake provisioning and testing of facilities necessary for its respective Services, and to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Services immediately upon completion of testing. Each Party agrees to promptly notify the other Party at such time as facilities testing is completed, and at such time as it is prepared to provision Services. The date upon which both Parties commence provision of Services shall be the "Commencement Date" as used in this Agreement.
OPERATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS. 8.1 CTKL shall use its reasonable endeavours to establish a customer care system within which the Customer can make inquiries and complaints concerning the Services.
OPERATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS. 4.1 The point of interconnection with IDX for the provision of Teleglobe Services by Teleglobe and the provision of IDX services by IDX shall be at 60 Xxxxxx, Room 1206, New York, New York (the "lnterconnection Location"). IDX shall be responsible to procure, at its own expense, the necessary facilities or equipment required to deliver IDX traffic to Teleglobe's facilities at 60 Xxxxxx. Teleglobe shall be responsible to procure, at its own expense, the necessary facilities or equipment required to deliver Teleglobe traffic to IDX's facilities at 60 Xxxxxx.
OPERATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS. 4.1 The point of interconnection with Destia for the provision of IDX Services by IDX shall be at 11410 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx. XX 00000, a Washington D.C. connection point (the "IDX Interconnection Location"). IDX will initially provide and pay for two Tls, and Desfia will initially provide and pay for two Tls.

OPERATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS. 4.1 The point of interconnection with the Customer shall be Teleglobe's facilities at 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, New York, NY (the "Interconnection Location"). Customer shall be responsible to procure, at its own expense, the necessary facilities or equipment required to bring traffic to the Interconnection Location. The initial traffic routing will be via Teleglobe's arranged gateways.
OPERATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS. 3.1. The point of interconnection with DWSA for the provision of YAK Services by YAK shall be at the 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, New York, NY, (the “YAK Interconnection Location”). DWSA shall be responsible to procure and maintain, all necessary E-ls, switching and multiplexer equipment to be located in the DWSA Interconnection Location to provide voice compression and decompression plus International Direct Distance Dialing. This equipment shall remain the property, of DWSA. DWSA agrees to provide and be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Equipment at such local facility and shall provide 7 days and 24 hours of facility management and maintenance at the DWSA Location (the “DWSA Interconnection Location”). This equipment shall remain the property of DWSA.
