Access to Customer’s Premises. You agree to allow us and our employees, agents, contractors, and representatives to enter your property at which the Service(s) and/or Company Equipment will be provided (the “Premises”) as necessary, at a time agreeable to you and us, to install, configure, maintain, inspect, repair and replace the Service(s) and/or Company Equipment used to receive any of the Service(s) and, upon the termination of Service(s), to remove the same. You warrant that you are either the owner of the Premises or that you have the authority to grant us access to the Premises. You further grant the Company all necessary easements to provide Service(s) to you and others in the same cable system. If you are not the owner of the Premises, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary approval from the owner to allow us and our agents into the Premises to perform the activities specified above and, upon request, give us evidence of that consent. After we install or remove equipment or wiring, you are responsible for any repairs or cosmetic corrections you desire. We have an obligation for repairs only if we cause damage because we performed our work negligently.

Access to Customer’s Premises. The city's/town's identified representatives and employees shall be granted access to all customers' premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of reading meters, for testing, inspecting, repairing, removing, and replacing all equipment belonging to the city/town, and for inspecting customers' gas plumbing and premises generally in order to secure compliance with these rules and regulations.
Access to Customer’s Premises. Customer agrees to allow representatives of TVC access to Customer’s premises at all reasonable times to install, inspect, repair, alter, service repair and maintain its equipment and, upon termination of this agreement, to remove any and all Equipment from the premises, provided however that failure of TVC to remove its Equipment shall not be deemed an abandonment thereof.
Access to Customer’s Premises. Customer authorizes Provider and its employees, agents, contractors, and representatives, to enter Customer's premises (the "Premises") in order to install, maintain, inspect, repair, and if necessary, remove, all or part of the Provider Equipment. All such services will be conducted at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the Customer. If Customer is not the owner of the Premises, Customer acknowledges responsibility to obtain all necessary approvals from property manager or owner, and all applicable permits and/or use fees, to gain approval for the installation, placement, maintenance, and removal of Provider Equipment on, or in, the Customer’s building prior to installation and throughout the term of Service, unless noted otherwise in the Agreement. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claim resulting from a breach of this warranty.
Access to Customer’s Premises. Customer shall allow employees or agents of Supplier access to the premises and facilities where the Equipment and Software is to be installed at all hours consistent with the requirements of the Project Plan.

Access to Customer’s Premises. Customer authorizes ZettaLync and its employees, agents, contractors and representatives to enter Customer’s premises (the “Premises”) to install, maintain, inspect, alter, repair and remove the ZettaLync equipment. All such services shall be conducted at a time agreed to with Customer. If Customer is not the owner of the Premises, upon ZettaLync’s request Customer shall supply ZettaLync with the owner’s name and address, evidence that the Customer is authorized to grant access to the Premises on the owner’s behalf, and (if needed) written consent from the owner of the Premises. Customer also grants its consent to ZettaLync to contact such owner for the purpose of entering into one or more Right of Access and/or Site Lease(s). If Customer does not provide access as provided herein, ZettaLync shall, at its option, a) declare the full amount for the entire term due and payable immediately, or b) elect to terminate this agreement.
Access to Customer’s Premises. The Customer is responsible for arranging premises access at any reasonable time so that AT&T personnel may install, repair, maintain, inspect or remove Service components. Premises access must be made available at a time mutually agreeable to the Customer and AT&T.
