Online application SmartForm. To apply for an Agreement, RTOs must complete and submit an application through the ACT Vocational Education and Training Administrative Records System (AVETARS). AVETARS is the online system used by the Directorate to manage vocational education and training initiatives in the ACT. The online application SmartForm will collect information in the following categories: > RTO details > Past performance > Enrolment history > RTO leadership > Engagement > Legal information > Meeting the needs of learners > Program quality The online application SmartForm can be accessed on AVETARS using the following link: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxx_xxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx An application must: > be submitted using the online application SmartForm > include the appropriate information in every mandatory field of the online application SmartForm > include the declaration made by the most senior executive of the RTO. Once the application is submitted, the RTO will receive confirmation of receipt via email. The Directorate reserves the right to: > refuse to consider an incomplete application > not offer an Agreement to the RTO for an identified reason, by giving written notice > seek the advice of persons who may include employers, students or industry members to assist in the assessment or review of any application > seek further information from the RTO and contact other persons or organisations including those identified in the application for verification purposes > provide information about the RTO and its application to ASQA, other relevant government agencies and third parties engaged by the Directorate. Submitting an application in accordance with this process does not guarantee that an Agreement will be offered, nor guarantee that funding will be available to the RTO.

  • Mobile Application If Red Hat offers products and services through applications available on your wireless or other mobile Device (such as a mobile phone) (the "Mobile Application Services"), these Mobile Application Services are governed by the applicable additional terms governing such Mobile Application Service. Red Hat does not charge for these Mobile Application Services unless otherwise provided in the applicable additional terms. However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates and other messaging, data and other rates and charges will apply to certain Mobile Application Services. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans your carrier offers and how much the plans cost. In addition, the use or availability of certain Mobile Application Services may be prohibited or restricted by your wireless carrier, and not all Mobile Application Services may work with all wireless carriers or Devices. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.

  • Notice, Application The Agent shall have received (with, in the case of the initial Revolving Loan only, a copy for each Bank) a Notice of Borrowing or a Notice of Conversion/Continuation, as applicable or in the case of any Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Bank and the Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2;

In exercising the foregoing right, each of the parties hereto agrees to act reasonably and as promptly as practicable. Each party hereto agrees that it will consult with the other party hereto with respect to the obtaining of all material permits, consents, approvals and authorizations of all third parties and Governmental Authorities or Regulatory Authorities necessary or advisable to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and each party will keep the other party apprised of the status of material matters relating to completion of the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non- server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported.   • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • EPP query-­‐command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a query command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP query command.
