Confirmation of Receipt. Means a document issued by the Customer Representative which confirms the Goods ordered in the Order Form have been Delivered and installed at the Customer’s Premises. The issue of this Confirmation of Receipt is not determinative of whether any item among the Goods delivered has satisfied any Test required by the Customer.
