Program Quality Sample Clauses
The Program Quality clause establishes the standards and expectations for the quality of services or deliverables provided under an agreement. It typically outlines the required level of performance, compliance with industry standards, and any specific metrics or benchmarks that must be met. For example, it may require that training programs meet certain accreditation criteria or that deliverables pass quality assurance reviews. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the contracting party receives work that meets agreed-upon quality standards, thereby reducing the risk of subpar performance and disputes over deliverable acceptability.
