Office Entry. A full-time nurse will be allotted one hour of paid time every week to be used for non- direct patient care purposes such as completion of paper work, discussion of patient care issues and meetings with managers, educational purposes and general communication. The nurse will self-schedule her non-direct patient care time, subject to the approval of her immediate supervisor, and such time will not be scheduled on Monday, Friday, holidays or a weekend. Such hours shall not be counted for the purpose of determining entitlement to overtime pay, nor shall there be any pyramiding with respect to premiums payable under the provisions of the collective agreement. All meetings that are deemed to be mandatory by management will be paid for at regular straight time for all nurses.

  • Re-Entry In the event of any Default by Tenant, Landlord shall also have the right, with or without terminating this Lease, in compliance with applicable law, to re-enter the Premises and remove all persons and property from the Premises; such property may be removed and stored in a public warehouse or elsewhere at the cost of and for the account of Tenant.

  • Room Entry The Manager subscribes to the principle that Residents are entitled to enjoy a reasonable right to privacy in residence Rooms. However, the Resident acknowledges that the Manager is entitled, without notice and without the Resident being present, to have authorized staff, the Institution’s security services, emergency services, or the police enter the Room at reasonable times under the following conditions: (a) to provide repair and maintenance services as detailed in section 4.05 of this Agreement; (b) to provide housekeeping services as detailed in section 4.06 of this Agreement; (c) to ensure the safety and security of the Resident and/or when there is reasonable cause to believe an emergency situation has arisen; (d) during the Winter Break to provide routine maintenance; (e) when there is reasonable cause to believe that terms of this Agreement and/or the Residence Community Living Standards detailed in section 7.01 and/or the law is being violated. Authorized staff are supplied with a uniform and identification that is visible at all times.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • Office Space Each employee shall be provided with office space which may be on a shared basis. The parties recognize the desirability of providing each employee with enclosed office space with a door lock, office equipment commensurate with assigned responsibilities, and ready access to a telephone. Each employee shall, consistent with building security, have reasonable access to the employee's office space and laboratories, studios, music rooms, and the like used in connection with assigned responsibilities; this provision may require that campus security provide access on an individual basis. Before an employee's office location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's office to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified, if practicable, at least one (1) month prior to such change.

  • Entry Landlord shall have the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at reasonable hours to inspect the same, provided Landlord shall not thereby unreasonably interfere with Tenant's business on the Leased Premises.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Data Management Contractor will not use State data, including production data, for testing or development purposes unless authorized in writing by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate. Contractor will implement and maintain procedures to physically and logically segregate State data, unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate.
