Notification of Unauthorized Disclosure. 5.1 Receiving Party shall notify promptly the University upon discovery of any unauthorized, or known potentially unauthorized, use or disclosure of Confidential Information by Receiving Party or its Representatives, and will cooperate with efforts by the University to help the University regain possession of Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.
Notification of Unauthorized Disclosure. Consultant shall exercise his best efforts and shall cause his agents, employees and subcontractors to exercise their best efforts to ensure the continued confidentiality of all Trade Secrets and Confidential Information of the Company or any of the Southern Entities known by, disclosed or made available to Consultant, whether in connection with this Agreement or any other past or present relationship with the Company or any of the Southern Entities. Consultant shall immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized disclosure or use of any Trade Secrets or Confidential Information of which Consultant becomes aware. Consultant shall assist the Company and any of the other Southern Entities, to the extent necessary, in the procurement or protection of the Southern Entities' rights to or in any Work Product, Trade Secrets or Confidential Information.
Notification of Unauthorized Disclosure. In the event that a Party becomes aware of an unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information by a Third Party, that Party shall promptly notify the other Party of the unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information.

A Receiving Party shall promptly provide formal notice to a Disclosing Party in the event that such Receiving Party becomes aware of any unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information by such Receiving Party or any Person to which such Receiving Party has disclosed any Confidential Information.

Employee shall assist the Company, to the extent necessary, in the procurement or protection of the Company's or its Affiliates' rights to or in any Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets or Confidential Information and, upon the Company's request, shall assist, to the extent necessary, in the procurement or protection of any Third Party's rights to or in any Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets or Confidential Information.
Notification of Unauthorized Disclosure. The Grantee shall notify the Department within two (2) days of the discovery of any breach or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information and provide the Department with all information relative to the nature, timing and scope of any such breach or unauthorized disclosure.

SeraCare agrees to immediately notify the Company of any information which comes to SeraCare's attention which indicates that there has been any improper use or disclosure or any other loss of confidentiality of any Proprietary and Confidential Information, and upon discovery of such information or of any unauthorized use or communication of any Proprietary and Confidential Information, SeraCare shall take such steps as are necessary or appropriate to prevent any further use or communication of the information and shall otherwise fully cooperate with the Company in this regard.

Xxxxxxx shall exercise his best efforts to ensure the continued confidentiality of all Trade Secrets and Confidential Information known by, disclosed or made available to Xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx shall immediately notify Mirant of any unauthorized disclosure or use of any Trade Secrets or Confidential Information of which Xxxxxxx becomes aware. Xxxxxxx shall assist Mirant, to the extent necessary, in the procurement or protection of Mirant's or its Entities' or Affiliates' rights to or in any Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets or Confidential Information and, upon Mirant's request, shall assist, to the extent necessary, in the procurement or protection of any third party's rights to or in any Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets or Confidential Information.
Notification of Unauthorized Disclosure. The Parties will notify the other immediately in writing if it becomes aware of any unauthorized disclosure in breach of the obligations of this Agreement and will, at the request of the other, take all such steps as are necessary to prevent further disclosure.
