UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. If it appears that Employee has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Information in violation of this Agreement, Employer shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain Employee from disclosing, in whole or in part, such Information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such Information has been disclosed or may be disclosed. Employer shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages.
UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. If it appears that the Contractor has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Information in violation of this Agreement, the Department shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain the Contractor from disclosing, in whole or in part, such information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such information has been disclosed or may be disclosed. The Department shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages.

If it appears that CONSULTANT has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Information in violation of this Agreement, CLIENT shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain CONSULTANT from disclosing, in whole or in part, such Information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such Information has been disclosed or may be disclosed. CLIENT shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages.
UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. If it appears that The Consultant has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Information in violation of this Agreement, The Company shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain the Consultant from disclosing, in whole or in part, such Information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such Information has been disclosed or may be disclosed, notwithstanding that this Agreement is not exclusive to the Company, and the Consultant shall be allowed to use such confidential information under identical agreement with any other third party who may be interested in purchasing the Company’s Property up to and until the time the Company have entered into their agreement(s) to consummate a financial transaction. The Company shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages.
UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. If it appears that the Employee has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Confidential Information in violation of this Agreement, the Company shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain the Employee and or the Employee's agents from disclosing, in whole or in part, such Confidential Information, or from providing any goods or services to any Party to whom such Confidential Information has been disclosed or may be disclosed or from using such Confidential Information to sell goods or services. The Company shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages.
UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. If it appears that Morris has disclosed (or has txxxxxxned to disclose) Information in violation of this Agreement, Odyssey shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain Morris from disclosing, in whoxx xx in part, such Information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such Information has been disclosed or may be disclosed. Odyssey shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages.
UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. If it appears that XXXX has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Information in violation of this Agreement, CLORACKS shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain XXXX from disclosing, in whole or in part, such Information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such Information has been disclosed or may be disclosed. CLORACKS shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages, attorneys' fees and costs incurred while seeking to enforce this Agreement.
