NOTICES AND POINTS OF CONTACT. (A) The Parties' primary points of contact responsible for coordinating the exchange of Proprietary Information (“PI POC”) and administration/notices (“Agreement POC”) are identified on the first page of this Agreement. Either Party may change its designation by written notice to the other Party. Any notice or other communication required or permitted hereunder shall be given in writing, to the other Party to the person listed as the “Agreement POC.” Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all Proprietary Information exchanged hereunder that is not disclosed or furnished by the Parties' primary points of contact shall remain protected under this Agreement.
