Notice of Time Off. Members of the Negotiating Committee shall be allowed sufficient and reasonable time off to participate in the collective bargaining process, to include preparation for negotiations, conducted by the Union during regular working hours without loss of regular salary or wages in accordance with Chapter 89, HRS. The Union shall give the Employer reasonable prior notice when requesting such time off.
