NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE MEMBERS. The Union negotiating committee shall be limited in size to five (5) members. Upon their appointment the employer shall be notified of the names of the members of the negotiating committee and their alternates. The employer shall be promptly notified in writing of any changes in the negotiating committee as they occur.

NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE MEMBERS. ‌ The Union Negotiating Committee and the Employer Negotiating Committee shall consist of not more than three (3) members each. Both the Union and Employer shall advise one another of their representatives on the Negotiating Committee. It is understood that the CUPE National Representative is a member of the Union Negotiating Committee and entitled by right to attend and participate in all negotiations and is counted as one of the members of the Union Negotiation Committee.
NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE MEMBERS. Members of the union contract negotiating committee, not to exceed seven in number, shall not lose seniority and benefit credit for scheduled time missed for attendance at Union contract negotiations.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Association for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement. The number of nurses on the Negotiating Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions.   • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Negotiation Committee (A) The Union may designate certain employees to serve on its Negotiation Committee, and such employees will be granted administrative leave to attend negotiating sessions with the state. No employee shall be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee's regular workday for any day the employee is in negotiations. The agency shall not reimburse employees for travel, meals, lodging, or any expense incurred in connection with attendance at negotiating sessions.
