NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY. When you enter a Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (“PPIHC”) event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. By entering the event or program premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, and/or video recording of yourself (collectively, “Materials”), and its/their release, publication, exhibition, reproduction, licensing, alteration, adaption, exploitation, or other use, in any format or medium now existing or hereafter created, and for any purpose, including but not limited to, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, publicity, and public relations by PPIHC and its affiliates, representatives, sponsors, and licensees (collectively, “Affiliates”). You release PPIHC and its Affiliates, their officers, employees, and agents, and each and all persons involved, from any liability connected with PPIHC’s or its Affiliates’ exercise of the rights contained in this Notice, including, without limitation, liability for any violation of the right to publicity, for defamation, invasion of privacy, or emotional distress. By entering the event or program premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these Materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibition, stream, broadcast, web cast, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission to the program or event is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any interview, photo, image, video and/or audio recording of yourself, taken by PPIHC or the person or entity designated to do so by PPIHC. In the event of an accident/incident on or off the course, anyone attending the Event, whether credentialed or non-credentialed, may continue to film/shoot photos only if the driver is able to get out of the vehicle and there are no known injuries to the competitor, or anyone else involved. If the competitor is trapped in the vehicle, is unconscious or has significant obvious injuries, all parties in the vicinity will immediately cease capturing images either by camera, cell phone, or any other recording device and will instruct others to do the same. Any images or footage inadvertently captured by any spectator, race official, volunteer, sponsor, crew member or anyone else attending the Event will immediately be turned over to, and become the property of, the PPIHC, their legal representatives, and/or law enforcement. NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY. When you enter a Mill City Triathlon (“MCT”) event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by MCT and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar MCT events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of MCT . You release MCT, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by MCT or the person or entity designated to do so by MCT. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

  • Photographic/Recording Release I hereby grant and convey unto the Released Parties all right, title and interest in any and all photographs and video/audio/electronic recordings of me, including as to my name, image and voice, made by or on behalf of any of the Released Parties during my Activities with the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, the right to use such materials for any purpose and to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from them. I understand that I will not have any ownership interest in or to such photographs, images and/or recordings, I have not been provided or promised any compensation to me, and I hereby waive any rights, privileges or claims based on any right of publicity, privacy, ownership or any other rights arising, relating to or resulting from the photographs, images and/or recordings. I understand and agree that this paragraph also applies to my minor child(ren) who are volunteering.

  • COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS 14.1 Sending communication to you We may send all communication to you by leaving it at, or by sending it by ordinary post to, your last known address (whether within or outside Singapore and whether such address is a Post Office Box or is a place of residence or business) or by facsimile transmission to your facsimile number as may be provided to us or to our solicitors. Notwithstanding the above, we may also contact you via telephone, electronic mail, short message service provided by telecommunications providers, or such other means, to provide you with account related information (including informing your account payment status.) You shall inform us upon receipt of communication that is garbled, incomplete or inaccurate or which is not intended for you and you agree to delete all such information from your equipment immediately

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Telephone Recording Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.

  • Telephone Monitoring and Recording You consent to and authorize us and any of our affiliates, agents and marketing associates to monitor and/or record any of your telephone conversations with any of our or their representatives for quality control, training and other lawful purposes.

  • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • Authorized User Overview and Mini-Bid Process Project Based IT Consulting Services Contracts enable Authorized Users to use a competitive Mini-bid Process to acquire Services on an as-needed basis, for qualified IT Projects. Project Based IT Consulting Services may include, but will not be limited to projects requiring: analysis, data classification, design, development, testing, quality assurance, security and associated training for Information Technology based applications. See section 1.3 Out of Scope Work for a listing of projects expressly excluded from the scope of this Contract. An Authorized User Agreement for Project Based IT Consulting Services will be governed first by the terms and conditions specified in the OGS Centralized Contract and second by terms and conditions added to the Authorized User Statement of Work. Additional terms and conditions shall not conflict with or modify the terms and conditions of the OGS Centralized Contract. NYS Executive Agencies must adhere to all internal processes and approvals including, as required, approval from NYS Office of Information Technology Services. Other Authorized Users must adhere to their own internal processes and approvals. In accordance with Appendix B, section 28, Modification of Contract Terms, an Authorized User may add additional required terms and conditions to this Mini-Bid and resultant Authorized User Agreement only if such terms and conditions (1) are more favorable to the Authorized User and (2) do not conflict with or supersede the OGS Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Examples of additional terms and conditions include: • Expedited delivery timeframe; • Additional incentives, such as discount for expedited payment/Procurement Card use; and • Any additional requirements imposed by the funding source or Federal law.

  • Telephone Recordings I understand and agree that any telephone conversation with You will or may be recorded for accuracy and I consent to such recording.

  • Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.

  • CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All Business Entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States.
