SUBMISSION OF REPORTS All applicable study reports shall be submitted in preliminary form for approval by the State before a final report is issued. The State's comments on the Engineer's preliminary report must be addressed in the final report.
Accurate and Timely Submission of Reports a) The reports and administrative fees shall be accurate and timely and submitted in accordance with the due dates specified in this section. Notice of Litigation Each Seller shall promptly notify the applicable Purchaser upon becoming aware of any Proceedings or threatened Proceedings concerning any Serviced Appointment, in each case, excluding Proceedings in servicer-managed mortgage-level litigation with respect to residential mortgage-backed securities transactions. Notices delivered pursuant to this Section 5.4 will be delivered to the notice recipient designated on Annex B.
Public Records Requests If the Department receives a public records request for materials designated by the Contractor as trade secret or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor will be responsible for taking the appropriate legal action in response to the request. If the Contractor fails to take appropriate and timely action to protect the materials designated as trade secret or otherwise confidential, the Department will provide the materials to the requester.
SELLER NOTICE OF DISCREPANCIES Seller shall promptly notify Buyer in writing when discrepancies in Seller’s process, including any violation of or deviation from Seller’s approved inspection/quality control system, or goods/materials are discovered or suspected which may affect the Services delivered or to be delivered under this Contract.

Notice of Schedule For any NEO that takes place on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall be responsible for providing annual notice to the Union. For NEOs that are not offered on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall provide no less than ten (10) business days’ notice. Said notices shall be provided by email, to the Union NEO Coordinator. This requirement shall apply to all NEOs in which City personnel provide newly-hired employees with information regarding employment status, rights, benefits, duties, responsibilities, or any other employment-related matters.
