Normal Working Hours of the Project. While the hoists are operational, Landlord shall cause Landlord’s general contractor to make the hoists available to Tenant and Tenant’s Contractors for personnel and small tools during the Normal Working Hours, without charge and without discrimination, in common with Landlord’s Contractors and other entitled to use the same. Tenant shall not be entitled to use the hoists for materials during Normal Working Hours.

Normal Working Hours of the Project. Landlord shall cause Landlord’s general contractor to make the Building’s freight elevators and loading docks available to Tenant and Tenant’s Contractors for personnel and small tools during the Normal Working Hours, without charge and without discrimination, in common with Landlord’s Contractors and others entitled to use the same. Tenant shall not be entitled to use the Building’s freight elevators or loading docks for transporting materials during Normal Working Hours. Notwithstanding anything contained in Sections 19 and 20 of this Workletter to the contrary, Landlord agrees that from and after the Freight Elevator Operation Date, Tenant shall be provided adequate access to the Building’s freight elevators in order to permit the timely prosecution of the Tenant Work.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work will be worked any time between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official) to accommodate the hours or work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the Employer and the requirements of its client. Where agreement is reached to work alternate hours, occupational health and safety principles will prevail. Proper health monitoring procedures will be introduced and suitable rosters clearly agreed prior to commencing work. Adequate supervision must always be provided. Matters on which agreement may be reached include:

  • Normal Hours of Work 6.01 The normal work day is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00 Midnight.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • WORKING DUES 6.1 The hourly working dues shall be calculated at two percent (2%) of the Principal Operator hourly wage rate and shall be deducted from each employee covered by this Agreement for each hour for which wages are payable.
