Nonexclusive Contract. This Contract is not an exclusive license to provide the services described in the solicitation or the resulting Contract. The Department may, without limitation and without recourse by the Contractor, contract with other vendors to provide the same or similar services.
Nonexclusive Contract. This is not an exclusive Contract. Buyer is free to engage others to provide Goods or services the same as or similar to Seller's. Seller is free to, and is encouraged to, advertise, offer, and provide Seller's standard Goods or services to others; provided however, that Seller does not breach this Contract.
Nonexclusive Contract. This Contract is not intended to be and shall not be construed as an exclusive agreement, and the Town may employ additional or other consultants to perform Services contemplated by this Contract without liability to the Town.
Nonexclusive Contract. This is a non-exclusive contract and in no way precludes BOR from obtaining like services from other vendors.

Nonexclusive Contract. This Contract is entered into solely for the convenience of the Authority and in no way precludes the Authority from obtaining like services or related goods from other Contractors for other locations. Except as expressly authorized in this Contract, Contractor shall not procure services or goods from other Contractors without the prior express written approval of the Authority. Such approval shall be within the sole discretion of the Authority and shall only be granted when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the State to do so. The determination of the Authority with regard to such approval shall be conclusive.
Nonexclusive Contract. Nothing herein is intended nor shall be construed as creating any exclusive arrangement with the CONTRACTOR. This Contract shall not restrict the CITY from acquiring similar, equal or like goods and/or services from other entities or sources. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide services as described in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and comply with the terms therein.
Nonexclusive Contract. SCI understands that this contract is nonexclusive and is for the sole convenience of COUNTY. COUNTY reserves the right to obtain like services from other sources for any reason.
Nonexclusive Contract. Nothing in this Contract limits the rights of TOWN to contract separately with other vendors for transportation services of anykind, provided however, Provider shall be the exclusive vendor for the regular education school transportation services provided under this contract.
