Goods and/or Services definition

Goods and/or Services means those goods and/or services set out in this Proposal sought to be procured by the Township of Huron-Kinloss as a result of this Request forProposal process.

Goods and/or Services means any such goods services and related works, as are to be provided by the Contractor (or by the Contractor’s sub-contractor) under the Contract as specified in the Contract Document Schedule.

Goods and/or Services means the goods and/or services including works described in the Purchase Order and ‘Goods’ or ‘Services’ shall be construed accordingly.

Examples of Goods and/or Services in a sentence

• Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, UC will not be obligated to purchase a minimum amount of Goods and/or Services from Supplier.

• It is recognised that during the term of a Contract, modifications may be proposed, which if adopted would result in additional Works, Goods and/or Services, which were not considered when the original procurement took place, being procured or otherwise would alter the overall nature of the Contract.

• Supplier also warrants that the Goods and/or Services will conform to the Specifications, and further warrants that the Goods and/or Services shall be of good materials and workmanship and free from defects for either a minimum of one (1) year from the date of Acceptance or installation by City, whichever is later, or as specified in the Invitation to Bid, whichever is later.

• Payment of the Price is conditional upon the Goods and/or Services being supplied in all respects in accordance with the Order and in particular with the Specification and delivery requirements.

• Defect(s) & Remedy If the Goods and/or Services does not meet the requirements of the Contract, Contractor is liable for any defect(s) pursuant to Article 6.4. Company shall issue a written notice of the defect(s) within reasonable time following discovery of any defect(s), and in no event later than 24 months after date of delivery of the Goods and/or completion of the Services.

Goods and/or Services means any goods, services and other items to be provided by the Supplier as detailed in the ‘PO’.

Goods and/or Services means supplies, equipment, property insurance, maintenance, professional and consulting services and service contracts not otherwise provided for.
