NON-ROUTE ACTIVITY TIME. Non-Route activity time will be generated in 45 minute increments for each ½ day worked. When overtime requirements are known in advance, the affected employees will be advised at least four (4) hours prior to the end of the shift for daily planned overtime or prior to the end of their shift on Thursday for any planned weekend overtime.
