PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY DAYS. 22.01 (a) A Long-Term Occasional Teacher who is scheduled to work when there is a Professional Activity Day shall be required to participate in the scheduled professional activities and shall be paid for such day.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY DAYS. L1001 (a) A Long-Term Occasional Teacher, whose assignment includes a Professional Activity Day, shall be paid for the day provided that the Long-Term Occasional Teacher participates in the scheduled professional activities. A break in service caused by a Professional Activity Day shall not constitute a break in continuity of service.
