Non-Personal Service Statement. Contractor employees performing services under this PWS will be controlled, directed, and supervised at all times by management personnel of the Contractor. Contractor management will ensure that employees properly comply with the performance work standards outlined in this PWS. Contractor employees will perform their duties independent of, and without the supervision of, any Government official. The tasks, duties, and responsibilities set forth in specific TOs may not be interpreted or implemented in any manner that results in any Contractor employee creating or modifying Federal policy, obligating the appropriated funds of the U.S. Government, overseeing work of Federal employees, providing direct personal services to any Federal employee, or otherwise violating the prohibitions set forth in Part 7.5 and 37.1 of the FAR. The Government will perform the inspection and acceptance of the work provided. G-3.0 Subcontractor(s) Consultants and subcontractors may be used if beneficial to the Government.

However, due to the High Risk nature of the training, the CENSECFOR TA and/or other Government representative shall provide direction and/or guidance within the execution of the training. The tasks, duties, and responsibilities set forth in this contract shall not be interpreted or implemented in any manner that results in any contractor employee creating or modifying Federal policy, obligating the appropriated funds of the United States Government, overseeing the work of Federal employees, providing direct personal services to any Federal employee, or otherwise violating the prohibitions set forth in Parts 7.5 and 37.1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xx.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State.   • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:

  • Personal Services Contracts 95. a. Departments shall notify the Union of proposed personal services contracts where such services could potentially be performed by represented classifications. Such notification shall occur no later than the date a department sends out requests for proposals.

  • Personally Owned Professional Material The employer shall reimburse an employee to a maximum of $150 for loss, damage or personal insurance deductible to personally owned professional material brought to the employee’s workplace to assist in the execution of the employee’s duties, provided that:

  • Service Schedule The Agency shall provide Services in accordance with the times and days of the week set forth in the Scope of Service (Attachment “A”), unless otherwise approved by the Recipient in writing. In addition, a method for providing 24-hour on-call access shall be published and made accessible to the Consumers and other Service providers.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment.

  • For Additional Services OWNER shall pay CONSULTANT for Additional Services rendered under Section 2 as follows:
